Room was clean and comfortable. Had a nice stay, but avoid the bike rental. They were out of decent bikes.

The place was fairly clean and pleasant, had amazing staff from the breakfast manager. The hotel was in a cosy and super location just off the stores and restaurants on 5th avenue and historic district and great shops and dining.

The room was not clean. We were given one washcloth. Housekeeping repeatedly knocked on the door even though the "do not disturb" sign was out (it was only 9:00 am).

The breakfast was great, with warm turkey sausage and good coffee. the location was perfect for us, close to bars and restaurants. - the staff was friendly, offering us wake-up calls and complimentary ironing services.

Besides, the location was magnificent for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Naples Regional Library. The breakfast was hot with hard-boiled eggs and also turkey sausage, worth the price. The service was excellent as we had expected.

Location by a busy road so hard to find and too far to walk to beachfront. Part of an estate of hotels so no character. We could have been anywhere.

The room was shabby and not very clean. We are not even sure that the sheets were fresh! Breakfast was the poorest ever. Shower in the bathroom was not working properly.

I had a really great stay for a 2-day business trip. the hotel was spotless and offered excellent value. - the location was comfortable and ideal, close to several restaurants and shops on Eastern 5th Ave. - the room was nice and brand-new with reliable Wi-Fi, a very comfortable bed, and balconies. - the food was good with a wide variety of dishes on the menu.

The staff worked around my timing, needs, questions, etc. The Hotel is newer, fresh, and clean. Clean room. Free great breakfast with many choices. Full Length Mirrors in Room, and clean-white light in Bathroom for women and make-up application. Great Location, and Safe!
